In response to the growing need for corporate sustainability, GreenZameen conducted a comprehensive Three-Day Training program tailored for professionals in the manufacturing and development sectors.
Day 1: Understanding the Landscape
The first day focused on the regulatory environment. Participants were guided through:
- Latest SECP guidelines on ESG reporting.
- Global climate compliance standards affecting Pakistani exports.
- Carbon footprint calculation methodologies.
Day 2: Strategy into Action
Moving from theory to practice, Day 2 involved workshops on developing internal green policies. Teams worked on case studies to identify energy inefficiencies in typical office and factory setups, proposing cost-effective solutions that could be implemented immediately.
Day 3: Leadership & Advocacy
The final day emphasized the soft skills required to drive change. Sessions covered stakeholder management, internal communication strategies for sustainability, and how to build a business case for green investments.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 95% of attendees reporting they felt more confident in leading sustainability initiatives within their organizations.
